U.S. Return Policy

Alora Boutique gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for a store credit (Alora Boutique E-Giftcard) within 20 days from the date your order shipped.  We DO NOT offer store credit for the shipping costs. You will be responsible to pay shipping costs for the next item purchased. We also do not cover the cost of the return label.  FINAL SALE  items are considered items with a 20% or more discount off your purchase, or items in a SALE category and cannot be returned. 


Exchanges

  • Due to our limited quantities and high demand for our products, we cannot offer exchanges on any items. Returned merchandise will be processed for an Alora Boutique store credit ONLY.
  • We recommend purchasing the desired item's correct size and then shipping back the returned product to not miss out on the item.
